Kristin Lee Ann Butler, 26, of Route 2, Letts, died Sunday, April 14, 1991, at the Muscatine General Hospital.
Born June 15, 1964, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Robert and Mary Hall Butler.
She was a member of the Last Adam Ministry.
Surviving are her parents of Letts; two sisters, Joy Ellen Butler and Holly Carol Butler, both of Letts; one brother, Barry Douglas Butler of Letts; and her grandmothers, Mrs. Alberta Hall and Laura Butler, both of Burlington.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Sheagren Funeral Home.
The service for Miss Butler will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Sheagren Funeral Home with the Rev. Kendall Hetrick officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
