Mrs. Philena M. Dean, 89, formerly of 803 Melrose Ct., died in Elm View Care Center at 1:35 a.m. Wednesday, May 16.
The daughter of James and Mabel Flora Peterson, she was born June 21, 1889, at Oakville. She married Harry Dean Dec. 20, 1920, in Burlington; he died Dec. 20, 1960.
She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving: Two sons, William C. and Harry J., both of Burlington; daughter, Neva Bohlen, New London Rt. 2; and seven grandchildren.
The body is at Prugh's Chapel.
