Kenneth M. Pfadenhauer

Kenneth M. Pfadenhauer, 53, Irish Ridge Rd., died at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 1980, in Burlington Medical Center of an apparent heart attack.

He was born in Burlington Nov. 30, 1926, to Harry and Dorothy Mewes Pfadenhauer. He married Betty F. Virgin.

Mr. Pfadenhauer was a mechanic at Hillyer Trucking of Burlington. He was a member of the Eagles and Moose lodges, Teamsters union Local 218, and the United Church of Christ in Latty.

Surviving: his wife, his mother, Burlington; a son, Rick Pfadenhauer, Maquoketa; two daughters, Mrs. Terry (Beverly) Simonson, West Burlington, and Barbara Pfadenhauer, at home; two brothers, Richard and Harold, both of Burlington; three sisters, Mrs. Ronald (Phyllis) McIllhenny, Danville, Mrs. Larry (Ruth Ann) Frost, Mt. Pleasant, and Mrs. Gary (Diane) Lile, St. Louis, Mo.; three grandchildren.

Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Prugh's Chapel, the Rev. Dale Hempen; Aspen Grove cemetery. A memorial has been established.
