The death of Rev. L. D. Felt, former pastor of the Baptist church at this place, occurred at his home in Delaware county, last week.

This newscasts a shadow of sorrow over his many friends in Fairbank. In view of this memorial services will be held by U.L. Maltman one week from next Sunday.
