Hi,
Been looking for a marriage date for George Jones
and Laura Bell Lang. I have Book 2, page 33. When I look there the marriage record is not there.
They are in the 1880 census of Davis Co. Laura
Bell dies 17 Mar 1881 Perry twp. I believe the
marriage took place about 1877. The record I looked at is in the Historical Library here in Des Moines. Could the book number be wrong? I tried various combinations of the number 3. No luck.
