Will in Davis County?

Does anyone live near the court house in Davis County? Would you PLEASE,PLEASE check for a will of David Sutton between 1860 and 1870,I was told he left a will there,but when I asked the person about it I received no reply,he was my 5th. greatgrand father,he had a daughter named Laura Ripley wife of Joseph Ripley. Thank You
