Short Family in 1870's

I am looking for more information on my gggrandfather Jasper Newton Short and his family when they lived in Davis county, Iowa. Jasper married Mary Jane Christie in 1856 in Ripley county Indiana and between 1866 and 1870 they moved to Davis county Iowa with their 4 children, Charles Preston, Joseph Warren, James Taylor and Ira Newton. They were in Fabius in the 1870 census with other records stating their next child, Frances Elizabeth was born in Bloomfield in 1870. They had twins Edgar Leroy and Jeanette "Nettie" born in 1873 in West Grove and then a son who died at birth or shortly there after in 1877. Their final child, Jennie, was born in West Grove in 1880. Any info you have would be appreciated, but I am looking mostly for the infant son. I have his birth date as 15 Jul 1877, but no death date. Family records state he died in infancy. I also would like to find out where he is buried if possible. Thanks again for any help you can give.
