Darlings of Clinton

Mary A. Arnold married a Darling in approx. 1880. She is listed in the Iowa State Census of 1895 in Clinton with three children, Thomas (10), Archibald (8) and Florence (6).

I can't find her husband's given name. It looks like he may be a brother of Frank J. Darling of Clinton who was a railroad engineer. Mary's father, George Arnold (and his brother, Robert) was also an engineer. I'm guessing Mary met her husband through railroad connections.
