Eliza Sammons Shaffer

Eliza Sammons Shaffer was born around 1824 in Virginia to Cornelius and Mary Ann Sammons. She was the 2nd wife of David Shaffer in Morgan County, Ohio. Do not have actual death date but believe she passed away between 1903 - 1906 with burial in Clinton County, Iowa. Is there a volunteer who could look up actual date and perhaps a obbituary in the local newspaper? Trying to establish Eliza & David's children - married sisters surnames and locations and connect with anyone else researching this Sammons family line.
