Hi Paula, your request is to vague. Trying to find what regarding Charles & Sarah? Who are they? You provide no ages or nativities. There are 2 exact spelling Charles Burns enumerated in 1870 Clinton co. both born circa 1846, one single, born Ia. & one married, born NY and married to a Sarah born Il. Have you contacted the Clinton co. gene societies or libraries for any assistance they can provide? Have you looked at the Illinois on-line marriage index for a possible union of the married Charles & Sarah? Dick
