I am searching for family members. I found them in the 1900 Clinton County,IA US census records.
John LORENZ born Oct 1858 in Germany.
His wife Magaritha LORENZ born July 1875 (Lux.) but said Germany. Daughter Albertine born March 1894 in IA. Son Leo born Jan 1896 in IA. Son Fred born Nov 1898 in IA. Also John's father Reimer LORENZ born Nov 1828 in Germany (died 1901 in Clinton, IA) and John'd mother Anna born 1820 (according to census)and she died in 1908 in Clinton,IA.
There was also his brother Wilhelm (aka William H.) LORENZ who was a policeman in Clinton, IA and his wife Mary. But I am not too sure of William and Mary's children.
Also a brother Reimer LORENZ Jr. and his wife Dora. I do not know if they had any children.
Any infromation would be helpful since I live in California.
Thank you very much in advance for any help. I have a little more information . And I am willing to share.
