BOLINGBROOK, Ill. — Richard Bickel, 64, 1616 Farmside, Bolingbrook, died Jan. 25, 2009.He was born Oct. 4, 1944. He married Pat Ytzen on March 29, 1975. He was a member of the U.S. Air Force. He was a past member of the Jaycees.He was a past police and fire commissioner and worked as a bridge tender on the Illinois River for the Illinois Department of Transportation. He enjoyed boating on the Mississippi River. Death date: Jan. 25, 2009
