HANOVER, Ill. — Vincent “Vince” L. Penry, 80, of Hanover, died Wednesday at Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque. Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hanover United Methodist Church with Pastor Lynn Matthews officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in Bayview Cemetery, Bellingham, Wash. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday prior to the service. Law-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Death date: Jan. 7, 2009
