MAQUOKETA — William M. “Billy” Baker Jr., 47, of Maquoketa, died Thursday at the Jackson County Regional Health Center in Maquoketa. A celebration of his life will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Lutheran Church in Maquoketa with the Rev. Gerald Gjerde officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Burial will be in the Andrew Cemetery. Death date: Dec. 25, 2008
