MAQUOKETA — Clifford C. “Cliff” Ulvestad, 98, of Maquoketa, died Sunday at his home at Clover Ridge Place in Maquoketa. A celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa with Pastor Judy Heinrich, pastor of First Lutheran Church in Maquoketa, officiating. Visitation will be from noon until the service time Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa. Death date: Dec. 7, 2008
