Clayton County Register, 01 Jan. 1941.

GUTTENBERG: Mrs. Rosina Roth, aged lady of this city, died at her home on Tuesday evening, following serious burns which she received on Tuesday morning when her clothing caught fire.

She leaves to mourn her death two daughters, Mrs. Joe Vodicka of Guttenberg and Mrs. John Glab of Dubuque; three sons, Ben, Henry and Joseph of Guttenberg; also one sister, Mrs. Hoffman of South Dakota.

Funeral services were held in St. Mary's church on Friday morning with the Rev. Joseph Dupont officiating. Interment was made in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
