GARNAVILLO: Funeral services were held Thursday morning at the Sacred Heart church in Waterloo for Mrs. Minnie Wolter, who died at a hospital there on Sunday, after suffering a paralytic stroke several weeks ago. Burial was made at Garnavillo cemetery.

Mrs. Wolter was born on a farm north of Garnavillo, the daughter of Mathias and Elizabeth Matt. She married Frank Wolter Jan. 11, 1890, and they became the parents of one son.

After living in this vicinity many years the family moved to Waterloo where her son, Oscar, now resides.

Her husband, parents, two sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.
