Died, on Sunday morning, October 26th, A. W. Lindwald, aged about [?64] years. He was born in Stockholm Sweden, where he received a theological education, it being intended that he should enter the ministry. However he preferred the business of cabinet making and took up that trade.
He came to Clayton county in 1870, and settled at Farmersburg. In his death our people lose a kind neighbor and law-abiding citizen. The funeral was held on Monday, his remains being laid to their final rest in the cemetery at this place.
