MONONA: Miss Irene Suddendorf of Monona was married to Private John A. Messler of Camp Funston, Kansas, Friday in the Pilgrim Evangelical church with the Rev. Harvey W. Raduege officiating. Mrs. Arthur Moon, cousin of the groom played the wedding march. Attending the couple were the bride's sister and brother, Miss Mae Suddendorf of Fairbault, Minn., and Kenneth Suddendorf of Monona.
The new couple went on a short honeymoon, and after the completion of the groom's furlough he will return to Camp Funston Kansas, while his wife will remain at Monona.
Mrs. Suddendorf is the daughter of the late Arthur Suddendorf and Mrs. Martha Suddendorf. Her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ora W. Messler of Verdon, Nebr.
