Goedken - Berns marriage - 1941

Garnavillo: The marriage of Miss Claudine Berns, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Berns, and Herbert Goedken, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Goedken of Petersburg, took place Tuesday with the Rev. H. Sharphoff officiating. Miss Laura Berns, sister of the bride, and Joe Goedken, brother of the groom, were the attendants.

Mrs. Goedken received her education in St. Joseph's school here, while Mr. Goedken attended school in Petersburg.

After a short wedding trip the new couple will be at home on the Mrs. Mary Nieland farm near Guttenberg.
