Dillon - Garity marriage - 1940

The marriage of Miss Kathryn Garity of Mount Ayr and Paul Dillon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gus Dillon, Volga City, took place Saturday, Dec. 28, at St. Mary's church, Strawberry Point. The Rev. P. J. Boyle, pastor, officiated. Attendants were Miss Marie Garity, Mount Ayr, sister of the bride, and Reid Dillon, brother of the groom.

After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the groom's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Berns.

The new couple are at home on the Dillon farm south of Volga City.
