McMillin - Schulte marriage - 1945

MCMILLIN, SCHULTE, WALTERS, WELLER

Miss Bernita Schulte, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Schulte, and Delbert McMillin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence McMillin of near McGregor, were married Friday, Oct. 19, at St. Paul's Lutheran church, Garnavillo. The Rev. Hackbarth officiated. Mrs. Bernice Walters attended her sister as bridesmaid. Sandra Rae Hedeman was flower girl and Forrest Walters, nephew of the bride was ring bearer. Everett Weller of McGregor attended his cousin as best man. Harold McMillin, brother of the groom, and Wayne Walters, brother-in-law of the bride, served as ushers.

Both Mr. and Mrs. McMillin graduated from McGregor high school and since that time have been helping their parents at the respective farms.
