I have been searching for years for information on my mother's, Winifred E. Cooper, marriage to
Antel Pearl Clark, and their daughter, Dorothy Merle Clark, born in 1926.
I don't know if Dorothy was born in Osceola or possibly Leon, Iowa, but as a small child, she lived with Grace & Jake Shader in Osceola. She grew up there & married Joseph Fouche, I don't know the date of their marriage but they eventually moved to Colorado to live.
I am her half sister, June Gray, and want to locate her children. I never even knew her father's whole name until after my Mom's death, she never wanted to talk about him. It was obvious those years were quite painful for her and I never pressed for information. As a result, I never got to know Dorothy well and I regret that. I grew up in Kansas City and as Dorothy was in Colorado, we just never got acquainted.
Mother is gone now, as are all the people I once knew in Leon. This may be my last chance to find Dorothy's family and I would really appreciate any help I can get.
