Funeral services for Mrs. William (Alma M.) Wright, 81, were held at the Sheets and Son Funeral Home Jan. 5 with the Rev. D. L. Gardella officiating. Burial was at Inland cemetery. Pallbearers were Donald Juchter, Delmar Bachus, Warren Rixe and Lester, Alvin and Paul Wright. Ruth Riedesel was organist and Shirley Von Muenster vocalist. Merican Legion Auxiliary services were held Dec. 4.

Mrs. Wright died at Mercy hospital, Davenport, Jan. 1.

The daughter of Henry and Alma Meyer Juchter, she was born at Bennett Sept. 11, 1905. She graduated from Davenport high school in 1921. She married to W. Clayton Wright at Davenport Dec. 23, 1930.

A homemaker, she spent her life in the Bennett area. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary at Bennett and the Inland cemetery association.

She is survived by her husband; 4 sons, Clyde C., Alexandria, Va.; Arlo M., LeClaire; Dallas D., Davenport and Stanley M., Bennett and 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 2 sisters and a brother.
