Hi. I'm working on my pfaltzgraff's family tree. Went to Iowa last sept. and went thru all their records. Since I knew about your plea for information, I gathered all I could on the last name " Schmitz ". Am still organizing my papers so I can sort everyone out. You see, I'm doing all my side's of tree at once. After I sort all my last name's, I'm going to do the pfaltzgraff's first. Which should help you. Because if I'm right, you have the wrong ones married. Don't give up on me. I have quite a bit of info. to share. If you would send me your e-mail address, it would be easier for me to get back to you. I'm not real good at this internet thing. thank's . Hope in the long run I can help. You could probably help me also if your willing. Hope to hear from you soon.
