I am the granddaughter of Homer Cloukey. He was the father of the Science fiction writer, Charles Cloukey. However, Homer's father was also Charles Cloukey who married Helen Esther Mather. I don't know for sure if this is the same Charles Cloukey (Homer's father) that you mentioned.
