THANKS so much. That info does help.

I am trying to find out where she grew up as a kid. She was born in 1901, supposedly IN Greene. BUT, I went to the courthouse last week and didn't find her birth certificate either. So, I'm puzzled.

Could you do an Iowa search and see if she is listed anywhere in Iowa in the 1910 or 20? Her mom's name was Jennie and her dad Howard Moss. They are still alive in 1930- can you find where they lived?

Ernest Jung was born in 1897, but I don't have a birthplace. I looked in Butler Co., and didn't find him either. His father was John Jung and they may have been in Floyd County in 1900.

I guess the main items is that I'm trying to find where Ernest and Zazel were born and where they lived at these times.

Is there any way to translate where they lived on the census to where they actually lived?

Any other ideas to try- I'm open for. Thanks for your help!! Linda
