Helen,

Richard and Ann never made it to Butler County, but a number of their children did. I have found that Richard did mess in some land deals in the county tho.

I have considerable data on Richard and Ann and their family, starting in England, then reportedly to Quebec, then to New York, on to Illinois and then many of their children into Iowa and points west.

Fred Hart married Hattie Lashbrook in 1911 in Butler County, that is the link to the Hart clan.

Hope to hear from you soon, or anyone else researching this clan.
