MDL or Nathaniel Niece

I'm looking for any info including siblings of these two brothers. Both were born in Ohio early 1800. Mdl was a teacher and unknown if he was married. Nathaniel married Ziprah Lewis daughter of Ephraim Lewis also a settler in Iowa but from Pennsylvania or New York. Nathaniel and Ziprah had several children one-Frank Leslie m. Ida Bailey and their daughter Nellie is my grandmother m. John T. Pieper
