I am researching the marriage of BEREND W. MEYER and EILERDINE VOSS in 1885. Both were born in Germany and emigrated to America at different times. Berend in 1885 and Eilerdine in 1879.

The 1885 Iowa State Census records BEREND MEYER as a single 26-year old man living with FRED FELDKAMP and wife in Aplington, Butler Co., IA He married that same year to EILERDINE VOSS.

The 1895 Iowa State Census records the family living in Genesco, Cerro Gordo, IA and by the 1900 Census they had moved to Kent Co., Delaware, where they remained and died there.
