Need info on Carsten/Carstens

CARSTEN, CARSTENS, WILSON, JUNKMIER

Looking for any info on Andrew Carsten or Carstens (unsure of spelling). He was an officer on the Storm Lake PD back about the late 1950`s into the late 1960`s. He may have been on the Iowa State Police prior to then. He was divored from Bernice Wilson sometime before 1960 and they had at least 2 sons. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
