I found an entry for Peter August Anderson in the Albert City Centennial Genealogy book. It lists birth, marriage and death dates for Peter, his wife Augusta and their children. I believe this is the right one because Peter's death is listed as 1907. He and his wife are buried in the Fairfield Township Cemetary west of Albert City. Contact me off the list and I will email you all the info in the book. As for the town, all I can think of would be Ljunghed, the name for the Swedish Lutheran Church community in Albert City. It included some of the first settlers in the area - perhaps they were members. There were newspapers in Albert City (best bet for an obit) but you might also be able to find one on him in the Storm Lake papers of the time since he was a Civil War vet. Hope this helps.
