In what cemetery in the Boonesboro area would a Catholic man of limited means (60+ yr old miner) who died in 1863 be likely to be buried?

I just disocvered today that my great-great-grandfather died in Boonesboro.

It is possible that he died later -- we have always assumed he died at that time because that's when he disappears from records in Centralia, PA, where he was living.
