I am still searching for Kern in Waterloo and Cedar Falls. Nicholas Kern, Wife Charlotte Green.
He was my Grandfather. Can,t seem to find anyone on all the Kern posts who has any info. on this family. I will be very happy if anyone can help me. I have been to aunt Hazel Kern at her home in Waterloo many times on 4th St.Her maiden name was Bruns.Nicholas had more than one wife.Also have children from that marriage as well.
