Here is an obituary for Samuel Wixcel's son. The names and cities of residence of his children are listed.

WATERLOO - Lloyd M. Wixcel, 89, of Waterloo died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2006 at Rosewood Estate, Waterloo, of natural causes. He was born Jan. 24, 1917, in Marcus, son of Samuel M. and Frances E. Barnes Wixcel. He married Beryle Emily Belva Goodenbour on March 31, 1951, Kirksville, Mo. She died May 30, 2005. Mr. Wixcel graduated from Marcus High School and later from Gates Business College. He was employed as a supervisor at John Deere Foundry, retiring in 1979. He also served as a corporal in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include: a daughter, Kris Richardson of Waterloo; two sons, Nicolas of Tucson, Ariz., and Andrew of Dallas; a grandson; and a great-granddaughter. Preceded in death by: two sisters, Ruth Hoff and Myrne Young. His body was donated to the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City. Locke Funeral Home is assisting the family. Memorials: may be directed to charity of donor's choice.
