We are starting a search for my biological grandmother (my mother was adopted). My grandmother's name is Angela Baker and she lived in Waterloo. In 1941, she would have been around 15 or 16 years old. Can you see if she attended East High School in 1941?

Do you have any suggestions on how to find her married name or any other information on her? We just now finally got her name and are anxious to locate her.
