WATERLOO — Edna Lufkin, 100, of the Cedar Falls Western Home Martin Center, died there Thursday, Jan. 13, 2000, of natural causes.
She was bom March 2, 1899, in Waterloo, daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Bowman Kittrell. She married Charles C. Lufkin Sept. 9, 1917, in Cudworth, Saskatchewan. He died Sept. 2, 1981.
Survived by two daughters, Opal Arms of Waterloo and Ruby Opfer of San Diego; nine grandchildren; 25 greatgrandchildren.

Preceded in death by two sons, Richard and Robert; a sister, lone Lea; and two brothers, Fred and Robert Kittrell.Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Locke Funeral Home, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to Child Evangelism Fellowship of Waterloo or to her grandson, Gary Opfer, a missionary in Kosovo.
