FUNERAL SUNDAY FOR MISS GALLARNO

(Wenatchee Daily World)

Pateros - Funeral services for Nellie Gallarno, 71, who died Thursday at the home of her niece, Mrs. Harry Johns, at Twisp were held Sunday at the Methodist church with the Reverend T. Foster of Puyallup officiating.

Born in LaPorte, Iowa in 1873, she came to Pateros many years ago, where she taught school and had charge of the telephone office until her health failed her.

During the services Mrs. William Burger and daughter, Billie, sang, "Good Night Here But Good Morning Over There" and "Now the Day Is Over," accompanied at the piano by Mrs. John Tukey.

Pallbearers were David Nickell, Clyde Miller, F. D. Evertsbusch, Charles Whaley, Clarence Huckins, and Wells Littlejohn.
