IRENE CRISMAN
WATERLOO - Irene Crisman, 95, of Waterloo, died Friday, Dec. 5, 1997, in Chester, Pa., from complications of old age.
She was born Dec. 12, 1901, in Elma, the daughter of Horace and Sarah Fox Early. She graduated from Gates Business College and worked as a sewing machine operator at Hinson and Powers Manufacturing Company for 10 years. She married Edgar Crisman on Feb. 14, 1943, in Waterloo. He preceded her in death in 1979.
Survivors include one daughter, Carol Wicks of Springfield, Pa. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edgar; three brothers, William, Jess and Edward; and a sister, Clara Mutton.
Friends may call from 2 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, at Garden View Chapel, Waterloo. No services are planned. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo.
Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
