PAULSEN HOME IS
SCENE OF SHOWER

Mrs. Howard Sorensen, Des
Moines, recent bride, was hon-
ored at a miscellaneous shower
on Saturday at the George Paul-
sen home, west of Hamlin. Host-
esses were Mrs. Chris Johnson,
Mrs. George Paulsen, Mrs. James
Molgaard, Miss Nadine Paulsen,
and Miss Patricia Davis. The dec-
orations were carried out in the
brides chosen colors of yellow
and white. A short program was
given, after which the bride
opened her gifts. A delicious
lunch was served to the foll-
ing Mesdames: Eldon Crees, Des
Moines; Henry Jensen, Gray;
John Steffensen, Viola Center;
Franklin Layland, Exira; Cleo
