Miss Marie Nissen is very sick
at her home in this city with an
attack of appendicitis and it is
feared that an operation will be
necessary to relieve her suffering.

Miss Marie Nissen was taken to
Carroll, Monday to enter a hospit-
al for an operation for appendicitis.
She was somewhat improved before
her departure. Her mother, Mrs.
Peter Nissen, accompanied her

Later She underwent an opera-
tion Tuesday morning, and reports
from her bedside is that she is get-
ing along nicely.
