Cotton Clothing Store
Sold To Elk Horn Man

The Cotton clothing store was
sold this week to Folker James of
Kimballton and possession will be
given March first. Mr. James has
had considerable experience in the
clothing business and will un-
doubtedly keep Exira on the map
in this line. He also owns the
Kimballton clothing store.

Ed Cotton, who has owned the
store the greatest part of the time
since 1881, still owns the building
in which the store is located. He
has been making his home in Cali-
fornia several years and his son,
Joy, has been conducting the store.
Joy and family expect to move to
California after March first to
make their home.
