Iam searching for information on Evertt Kirby (not sure if this is his first or middle name. The only information I have is a copy of the settlement of his estate in the District Court of Appanoose County, Iowa in the April Term 1902. His only living heirs were Viola Belle Mikles(Michles), Eva Beaty and Sarah Etta Caldwell. It said they received from the United States War Department money due him on salary and clothing allowance. Eva was born in Millard, Mo. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
