I can't find any Bland's in the Philadelphia cemetery, but Joseph Bland and wife Ailcey are buried at Concord Cemetery. The stone's read Joseph Oct. 19, 1824 - Oct. 7, 1906 and Ailcey June 29, 1825 - June 26, 1909.
I don't know if these Blands are my Great Grandmother relatives, but think they are, she was a Haney, her mother was a Bland. They came from Monongelia Co., Virginia, now West Virginia and Green Co., Pa. There are several families in Johns twp of Appanoose Co., Iowa from these two counties. My Great grandfather John Smith Rinehart brough several families from Greene Co., Pa. and Monongelia to the area around Plano, Ia. In fact Plano has a small meuseum with a lot of info on the early settlers.
If I can be of any more help let me know. I don't live very close to Appanoose Co., but plan to go down the day after Labor Day to a Block party in Plano.
