In the 1980s the Appanoose County Genealogy Society walked all cemeteries in the county and copied all information from the stones and published this information in individual township cemetery books-I found Henry W. Williams buried in the Oakland Cemetery-Vermillion Township-Appanoose County, IA. (This cemetery is a very large cemetery located on the east edge of Centerville.)

WILLIAMS: Henry W.1831-1904 Mary 1847-1915 his wife

His death date doesn't match what you have, but it's a good possibility the stone was hard to read.
