Martin Sharp was still in Benton Co., Jackson Twp., Iowa, in the 1885 Iowa State Census, along with wife Lois, age 57, son Richard, age 22, and a woman named "Nauma" (maybe Norma?) age 19 (perhaps Richard's wife?). Martin is identified as a farmer, and Richard is identified as a "Fidler."

I don't find them in this county in the 1900 census.
