Shooting in 1903

MARSHALL AND MCMILLAN

I am interested in finding out any information on a shooting that occurred in the fall of 1903 in Mystic of Henry McMillan by William Marshall.
McMillan was boarding at the home of Marshall's Mother when Marshall shot him twice. I would like to find out if there is anything further on this other than the piece that was in the Iowegian in 1903. It did not state what the outcome was. Was Marshall found? was he charged? did McMillan die?
Any help will be appreciated. William Marshall was my great-Uncle and I'd like to know more about this.
