The Iowa State census of 1925, Appanoose Co., Moulton, lists the following:

Line 86.
C.D. Cooper, head, age 38, married, renting, born Iowa; father's name Milton Cooper, b. KY, age 66; mother's name Maggie Jones, b. MO, age 55

Okle Cooper, wife, age 25, married, born Missouri; father's name Geo. Spark, b. MO (no age listed); mother's name G.E. Cornelis, b. MO, age 60, married in MO.

Geneva Cooper, age 7, b. MO
Imogene Cooper, age 4, b. IA
Gordon Cooper, age 2, b. IA

I think this is your family. In the 1920 US Federal Census, Charles and Oakel are in Missouri:

1920, Sullivan Co., Jackson Twp., 8-10 Jan 1920, S.D. 2, E.D. 166, sheet 2B, line 95:
Charles C. Cooper, age 32, rents, b. MO, father b. U.S. mother b. U.S., section foreman
Oakel O. Cooper, wife, age 20, b. MO, father b. MO, mother b. MO
Geneva J. Cooper, daughter, age 2, b. MO
