I worked at the National Archives and Records Administration for 2 years some of this time was in the “gene room.”

The problem is Sherry Lynn Thurston family tree has added my Samuel M. Wakefield born in 1813 in Indiana County, Pennsylvania as their “Wakefield” family ancestor that has died in 29 Apr 1928.

This means that when my Samuel M. Wakefield died he was 106 years. My Samuel M. Wakefield is shown is Scott County, Iowa in the 1856 state census records his youngest son William was born in 1854 and my Samuel M Wakefield Died in 1858.
