William E. Bruner

I would like to have someone help me locate the marriage register for William E. Bruner (1871-1925) to Clara L. (1875-1921). I am interested in learning Clara's maiden name. William and Clara are buried in Oakland Cemetery not far from his brother and sister-in-law George Oscar "Dick" (1875-1955) & Elizabeth HOHL (1875-1963) Bruner. I don't believe William & Clara had any issue; I would just like to know a bit more about Clara's heritage if it is out there to find.
